Very close to downtown historic Plymouth Center, local wedding venues, and many great golf courses. The low-traffic neighborhood is great for kids and families! We LOVE sharing the beauty of our area and home with Guests!
The Space:
Relax on your private beach at Captain's Cottage. Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, grille, fire pit, back patio, fully fenced in back yard, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, outdoor shower with hot water during your stay( seasonal)!! Linens and towels for the house, provided. Enjoy our Beachy decorated living spaces, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and awesome entertainment options in Plymouth! Smart TV with cable, and many apps! We also provide complimentary high speed Wi-Fi for guests to use throughout their stay and have had many guests work from home here with ease!
Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to our home, yard and the Priscilla Beach Association amenities during their stay.
In addition to the indoor amenities, guests can also take advantage of our expansive yard, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather and fresh air. Guests have access to our private beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the stunning views of Cape Cod Bay!
The Neighborhood:
Growing up in Priscilla Beach (PB) was an amazing experience! Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB!
Getting Around:
We are located ~5 miles to downtown Plymouth and 4 miles from Pinehills Golf Course/ Mirabeau Inn and Spa wedding/ golf venues. Our home is ~7.5miles from the Commuter Rail into Boston. We are ~5miles from the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry out of Plymouth Harbor. Ideal location for the Beach and enjoying local amenities in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and driver's license or passport required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement. House sleeps 6 adults and additional 1 guest is infant with brought along travel crib. Pet fee $250 per dog max of 3 dogs, ESA's required to pay pet fee. Cats and other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws. Exterior only security cameras on the front and back yards for security of property and insurance purposes.

Summary: It was a perfect stay in this adorable beach house-Captains Cottage that had everything we needed and was immaculate! The fenced in back yard and neighborhood was great for our pup and the short walk to the private beach was heaven! The host Colleen was amazing to deal with and gave great recommendations! Great little getaway in PB!

Summary: The property is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Excellent location to the beach and downtown Plymouth. My only recommendation is to add some bathroom hooks. It was difficult to hang towels with 6 of us in 1 bathroom. Definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We stayed for a weekend in May. The host was responsive and accessible to any messages sent. There were clear instructions for the home left out as well as a list of recommend restaurants and activities nearby. Home was well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the yard space, fenced in yard, and short walk to the beach. We had a great experience and the host, Colleen, was a delight to communicate with. Highly recommend this property if visiting Plymouth area.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Captain's Cottage. Colleen, was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to our phone calls and messages. The house came as advertised and despite it being November, the weather was sunny and warm. We had no issues during or stay at Priscilla Beach and highly recommend the Captain's Cottage.
